Milk 250 g


Fresh yeast 20

Directions


1. Prepare the cooked canned corn.


2. Take 100 g of corn and mix it with milk, and beat it with a blender.


3. Strain out 250 g of corn milk, crush fresh yeast, add it to the corn milk and mix well.


4. Add all the other ingredients except the remaining corn, taking care that the salt is placed at the top and separated from the milk.


5. Using a cooking machine, mix well on low speed, then turn to high speed to make a smooth, even, and elastic dough. Add the rest of the corn.


6. Users knead by hand or use the machine on low speed to knead the corn evenly into the dough.


Knead the dough into a circle, place in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and place in a 28-degree environment to ferment for 60 minutes.


7. Roll and knead the dough, put it back into the bowl again, and let it ferment for 30 minutes at 28 degrees.


8. Divide the dough into pieces, about 50 g each, roll them out and let them rest for 15-20 minutes.


9. Roll out each dough individually, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, lightly dust the surface with flour, lightly cover with a plastic bag and leave to rise at 28 degrees for 60 minutes.


10. Spray the surface of the final fermented bread with water and sprinkle with some corn crumbs. Place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
